Fernando Arancibia joined the Property and Guarantee Recovery Area in December 2016. His previous experience was at Araya & Cía. on the Maritime Lawand International Commerce Team.
He developed his career focusing on commercial matters relating to Insurance, Maritime and Transportation Law with a special emphasis on resolving conflicts, negotiations and litigation. He has experience in matters concerning International Contracts and Corporate Law.
He studied law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, finishing his studies in 2012 with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese. In 2016 he obtained a post-graduate degree in Maritime Law from Pontifica Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
